How Reserving Works & Final Billing

Reserve your simulator with a $2,000 deposit paid through Quality Garage Life. This deposit is credited toward the full purchase price.

Xbox Series X or PlayStation 5: Base price $14,950; remaining base balance $12,950.

PlayStation 5 Pro: Base price $15,250; remaining base balance $13,250.

Optional upgrades, freight, and applicable taxes are additional. Gizmonic Inc. invoices the remaining balance directly. Payment is required before dispatch.

Gizmonic Inc.’s relationship with Vanderhall Motor Works is a commercial design licensing agreement.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Made-to-order units: Your deposit is fully refundable before final specification sign-off and order approval. After final specification approval and manufacturing or chassis fabrication begins, the full $2,000 deposit is non-refundable.

In-stock units: Your deposit is fully refundable before packaging and logistics preparation begins. Once those preparations begin, $500 is retained for restocking and handling, and $1,500 is refunded.

Freight, Delivery & Inspection

Freight is additional. Continental U.S. delivery with liftgate service costs $1,500 for the Western region, $2,000 for the Central region, and $2,500 for the Eastern region.

Delivery is by appointment, curbside or at the end of the driveway/loading area. Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment. It will never be left unattended.

Inspect the packaging before accepting delivery and refuse delivery if there is visible damage.

Customers must arrange movement inside and setup. Inside delivery and setup services are not available through the carrier.

The monitor is packaged separately for protection. Transit insurance is provided by the shipper.

Availability & Warranty

Build lead time is 4–6 weeks from final build specification approval. Contact Quality Garage Life to confirm availability and the shipping timeframe for your selected configuration.

Covered under Gizmonic Inc.’s standard warranty terms. Quality Garage Life is your primary customer contact, with Gizmonic Inc. providing additional technical support.
